Pattern Release: Bowling Bunnies Skittle Game

Today I’m very pleased to share with you my new Bowling Bunnies Skittle Game! The perfect indoor family game for a rainy day to add a bit of a rainbow to your life. And as it’s near to Easter, it had to be bunnies!

This fun game supports hand eye coordination, colour recognition, dexterity, mental stimulus and turn taking.  My daughter loves these bunnies so much; as there are 10 she doesn’t just play skittles she makes whole games around each of the characters (Mummy, Daddy and lots of babies usually!).

Like so many of my designs the inspiration for this design came from my most wonderful daughter!  I wanted a game that we could play on a rainy day in the UK something bright and fun that we could play together and so the idea of the bowling bunnies was born.  Credit goes to my husband who suggested that the ball should not just be a normal ball but a fox. What I found was lovely with this game was that my nephews (aged 11 and 9) came to visit us and enjoyed playing it too – it really is fun for all!
