The Geeks & Gamers Blog Hop 2026 is a 15-day crochet event running from 9 – 23 March 2026 which focuses on gaming crochet and crochet ‘geek’ patterns inspired by tabletop games, fantasy books, and video game culture. Each day features a limited-time free or discounted pattern designed for real use at game nights, conventions, and everyday fandom life.

Joining the Geeks & Gamers Blog Hop is easy! Each day of the event:
- A new crochet pattern is featured.
- The pattern will be FREE or 50% OFF for 24 hours only.
- You’ll hop to the designer’s blog to grab the pattern.
The featured design will be available during a 24-hour flash sale window, so make sure you grab it while you can!

- Click through to the featured designer’s page and download the PDF (Free or 50% off)
- Gather your yarn and hooks, choose your colours, and create away
Remember! Be sure to download the pattern within the 24-hour window (4pm GMT / 10 am CDT through 4pm / 10 am CDT the day after), as it will only be available for free during that time.
